1. Download and complete the registration form
2. Present the registration form on event day at sign-in.
Students must also present student ID
3. Make your secure online payment before March 20th
by selecting the appropriate category on the button below
4. If registering a child, please provide name of
participating/registered parent or guardian in the
"Add special instructions to the seller" field of the payment form
Each registrant will receive an e-mail confirmation and future
updates regarding the event

2. Make check payable to fotomission in the amount of $50
(or $30 with a copy of your student ID)
3. Mail payment and registration form by March 20th to:
